Abstract

Selon le Petit Larousse illustré, le mot concept désigne « l’idée d’un objet conçu par l’esprit, permettant d’organiser les perceptions et les connaissances ». Sans entrer dans une discussion philosophique ayant trait à la nature d’un concept, mener une réflexion dans le but d’identifier et d’examiner de manière critique les concepts clés qui devraient être intégrés dans une loi nationale générale régissant les usages pacifiques de l’énergie nucléaire, suppose de s’entendre sur le sens donné au mot concept.
