Tarifpolitischer Halbjahresbericht: Eine Zwischenbilanz der Lohn- und Gehaltsrunde 2013

Abstract

General pay increases agreed in the first six months of the 2013 collective bargaining round range from 2% to 4% in most segments and for the next year from 1,5% to 3%. The average duration of the new pay agreements is 20 months. Calculated on an annual basis, the average increase of wages based on collective agreements for 2013 will be around 2.8%, which is slightly above the average increase of 2,7% in 2012. This will lead to noticeable real wage increases.
