Tarifpolitischer Jahresbericht 2009: Tarifverdienste mit kräftigem Plus - Effektivverdienste im Minus

Abstract

Trotz der Wirtschaftskrise konnten die Gewerkschaften im Jahr 2009 bemerkenswerte Lohnsteigerungen erzielen. Im Durchschnitt sind die tariflichen Grundvergütungen der Beschäftigten in Deutschland im Jahr 2009 um 2,6 % gestiegen. Da sich die Verbraucherpreise lediglich um 0,4 % erhöht haben, ergibt sich daraus ein kräftiger realer Anstieg der Tarifvergütungen um 2,2 %. Die effektiv gezahlten Bruttoeinkommen je Arbeitnehmer sind jedoch im vergangenen Jahr nominal um 0,4 % gesunken, preisbereinigt sogar um 0,8 %. Das Jahr 2009 war damit das sechste Jahr in Folge, in dem die Beschäftigten effektive Reallohnverluste hinnehmen mussten. Die wichtigste Ursache sind arbeitszeitpolitische Maßnahmen (Kurzarbeit), aber auch Entgeltkürzungen.
