Prekäre Freiheit - Die Arbeit von Kreativen

Abstract

Bislang gibt es nur wenige Untersuchungen, die sich mit der Kreativwirtschaft als expandierendem Erwerbsfeld und der in diesem Arbeitsmarktsegment rasch anwachsenden Gruppe der Alleinunternehmer befassen. Der Beitrag gibt daher einen qualitativen Einblick in die Erwerbssituation und soziale Lage kreativer Alleinunternehmer in Berlin. Ziel des Artikels ist es, auf die spezifische Form von Prekarität in der Kultur- und Kreativwirtschaft aufmerksam zu machen - die Prekarisierung auf hohem Niveau. Es zeigt sich, dass "Kreativarbeit" nur bedingt vor der Folie des Normalarbeitsverhältnisses interpretiert werden kann. Damit bietet die Analyse Ansatzpunkte für eine empirische sowie terminologische Differenzierung der Debatte um die Prekarisierung der Arbeitsgesellschaft.
