Verlagerungsabgabe - Verhandlungsmöglichkeiten und Anforderungen

Abstract

Die Verlagerung von Arbeitsplätzen, insbesondere nach Mittel- und Osteuropa, nimmt stark zu. Das ist zumindest der Eindruck, den Fälle wie AEG in Nürnberg oder Continental hinterlassen haben. Jedoch: Stimmt die Wahrnehmung überhaupt, dass es zunehmend zu Verlagerungen kommt? Oder ist die Diskussion nur ein geschickter Teil der Stimmungsmache für weiteren Lohn- und Sozialabbau in Deutschland? Und welche Handlungsnotwendigkeiten und -möglichkeiten stellen sich tatsächlich für Gewerkschaften und Politik? Diesen Fragen geht der Beitrag nach.
