Norm Of Behavior In The Organization

Abstract

The norm of behavior is a guideline prescription which must comply individuals in the organization. Displayed as a category of the terms “norm” and “behavior” it is a natural regulator of relations in the organization. The study examined levels and structure of norm behavior. Definitely it’s importance for organizational development.
