Abstract

W artykule opisano model nadzoru finansowego typu Twin Peaks, cechujący się wyodrębnieniem „dwóch wierzchołków” wymagających ochrony. Pierwszy z tych wierzchołków dotyczy stabilności finansowej, drugi zaś interesów uczestników rynku finansowego.
