Abstract

The traine the trainers program has the purpose to help the students in the process in acquiring specific skills and competences concerning the adult training programs. In contemporary society lifelong learning is currently a necessity. During this training students will have the opportunity to acquire these key competencies needed in developing training programs for adults. Special emphasis is placed on appreciative pedagogy, model taken from the field of appreciative inquiry, which proposes a new form of rapprochement between the trainee and trainer. During these programs the students will have the opportunity to learn about: 1.How to preparate the training program 2.How to sustain the training program 3.How to evaluate the trainees 4.How to apply specific training methods and techniques 5.How to promote a training program 6.How to design training programs 7.How to organise training programs and internships 8.How to assure the quality of training programs and internships
