Vállalkozói kultúra Magyarországon két napilap tükrében
[Corporate culture in Hungary seen through two daily newspapers]

Abstract

Annak ellenére, hogy a vállalkozások sikerének gazdasági és intézményi-szabályozási felfogása széles körben elfogadott, egyre inkább teret nyernek a társadalmiszociális környezet hatásait, a kulturális környezetet hangsúlyozó elméletek. A Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) felmérés alapján megállapítható, hogy Magyarország a vállalkozói kultúra szerint nemzetközi összehasonlításban az utolsó helyek egyikén szerepel. Tanulmányunk két napilap 2005. évi cikkei alapján gyakorisági statisztikák és tartalomelemzés módszerével vizsgálja a hazai vállalkozókról és a vállalkozásokról kialakult képet. A lapokban a negatív és a vállalkozót kedvezőtlenül bemutató hírek voltak többségben. A sajtó így mintegy tükrözi azt a közhiedelmet, hogy a vállalkozó bűnöző, adócsaló, mások kárán meggazdagodó, nem segítve elő, hogy inkább a munkahelyteremtés, a fejlődés kulcsfiguráját vagy olyan személyt lássunk benne, aki saját erőfeszítései révén, állami támogatások nélkül is sikeres, és így a példája követendő.
