A külföldi működőtőke-befektetések regionális elhelyezkedése és gazdasági hatásai Magyarországon
[The regional position and economic effects of foreign direct investment]

Abstract

Az elmúlt évtizedek egyik legfontosabb világgazdasági jellemzője a működőtőke-áramlások jelentős felgyorsulása s a régiók, országok, valamint országokon belüli térségek közötti egyenlőtlen eloszlása volt. 2002 végén a fejlett országok birtokolták a működőtőke-befektetések kétharmadát, míg a fejlődő és átalakuló államok mindössze egyharmadát. Ázsiában az összes külföldi működőtőke 63 százaléka Kínában és Hongkongban összpontosult, Latin-Amerikában Brazília és Mexikó rendelkezett a beruházások 51, Közép-Kelet-Európában pedig Csehország, Lengyelország és Magyarország az 58 százalékával. Portugáliában Lisszabonban és környékén található a külföldi beruházások 80, Spanyolországban pedig Madridban közel 70 százaléka. A gazdasági fejlettség regionális mutatói és a működőtőke-befektetések állománya között általában kimutatható a kapcsolat, a külföldi beruházások gazdasági térformáló tényezővé váltak. Cikkünkben Magyarország példáján vizsgáljuk a működőtőkebefektetések és a regionális gazdasági fejlettség közötti lehetséges összefüggéseket. Bemutatjuk a külföldi beruházások térbeli elhelyezkedését, annak változását, illetve a gazdasági növekedés, a beruházások, az értékesítés és export, valamint a foglalkoztatás regionális tendenciáit, s statisztikai mutatók segítségével vizsgáljuk a külföldi működőtőke gazdasági egyenlőtlenségekhez való hozzájárulását, magyarországi térformáló szerepét.
