Abstract

A saját jóhírnevüket értékesítő közvetítők (a kikiáltóktól a hitelesítő intézményekig) ugyancsak oldják a partnerek közötti bizalmatlanságot. A tanulmány kitér a bizalom kifejlődésének speciális korlátaira is az elektronikus tranzakciókban, különös tekintettel az identitásváltoztatás lehetőségére.
