A magyar nyugdíjrendszer az 1998-as reform előtt és után
[The Hungarian pension system before and after the 1998 reform]

Abstract

A tanulmány tömör áttekintést ad a magyar nyugdíjrendszer múltjáról és jelenéről. Az első rész röviden összefoglalja az 1998. évi reform előtti fejlődést, a reformot szükségessé tévő okokat és a reformot megelőző vitákat. A második rész az 1997-ben törvénybe iktatott reformcsomagot, a társadalombiztosítási rendszerben előirányzott változásokat és a magánnyugdíjpénztárak megalakulásának, működésének törvényi szabályozását ismerteti. A harmadik rész a reform utáni első három év tapasztalatait elemzi, külön a társadalombiztosítás és külön a magánpénztárak vonatkozásában. Végül a negyedik rész az áttérés költségeinek számszerűsítésére tesz kísérletet, majd kövekeztetésként a még megoldandó problémákat tekinti át.
