A munkavállalói tulajdon visszaszorulása Magyarországon
[The decline of employee ownership in Hungary]

Abstract

A tanulmány azokról a privatizációs esetekről szól, amelyekben a "belső vásárlók", a beosztott dolgozók és a vállalati vezetők szereztek tulajdonrészt, s elsősorban azt vizsgáljuk, hogy a privatizációs politika 1992 és 1995 közötti preferált vevői képesek voltak-e hosszabb távon a tulajdon megtartására és sikeres működtetésére. Áttekintjük a munkavállalói tulajdon kialakulásának körülményeit, az ilyen vállalatok gazdasági működésének eredményeit, valamint munkaszervezetük, érdekviszonyaik sajátosságait. Kérdés, hogy milyen esélyei lehetnek e tulajdonformának a mai magyar piacgazdaság körülményei között, ahol számos ágazatban a külföldi tőkeberuházásra alapozott gazdasági növekedés vált dominánssá.
