[Earnings proportions and disproportions]

Abstract

A kilencvenes évek folyamán a vállalkozási és a közszféra, valamint azon belül a két réteg a közalkalmazottak és köztisztviselők kereseti helyzete teljes mértékben szétvált. A közületi szektor kereseteinek szabályozása állami kézben maradt, míg a magánszektor a piac sajátságos belső törvényeinek megfelelően alakította a kereseti viszonyait. Ennek következtében a közszféra elvesztette korábbi kereseti előnyét, a közigazgatást leszámítva, kereseti hátrány alakult ki. Az igazán jelentős eltérések az évtized folyamán a vezetői és a dolgozói keresetek között alakultak ki. Ebből viszont az is következik, hogy az átlagkeresetek a magas vezetői keresetek miatt magasabbak annál, amit a beosztottak keresetéből lehetne számítani.
