A magángazdaság kialakulása és a foglalkoztatottság

Abstract

1994ben több mint 50 ezer fővel tovább csökkent a foglalkoztatottak száma a KSH 1994. negyedik negyedévi munkaerőfelmérése szerint. A munkahelyek megszűnése 1990 óta megközelíti a másfél milliót. 1994ben éves átlagban már csak 3 millió 693 ezer fő volt kereső a 15-74 éves népességből. Azaz az ország mintegy 10 milliós lakosságából mintegy 37 százalék. A keresőnem kereső arány 1990ben még 50:50 százalék volt. A foglalkoztatás zsugorodása adja e tanulmányban elemzett folyamatok keretét. Az elemzés folytatása a Közgazdasági Szemlében egy évvel ezelőtt, csaknem azonos címmel megjelent írásnak (LAKY [1994]). Az újabb adatok, információk alapján továbbvezetett trendekből egyre markánsabban rajzolódik ki nemcsak a magángazdaság növekvő foglalkoztatási szerepe, hanem a kialakulásával együtt járó ellentétes hatások: a munkahelymegszüntetés, megtartás és a munkahelyteremtés súlyának fokozatos változása is.
