Abstract

Tanulmányunk a közgazdász egyetemi hallgatók bérvárakozásaival foglalkozik, ezen belül is a tapasztalatok befolyásoló szerepével. A közgazdaságtanban fellelhető béregyenletek között számos olyan változat található, amely magyarázó változóként építi be a modellbe a szakmai gyakorlattal eltöltött évek számát. A tapasztalattal hosszú távon jellemzően bérnövekmény keletkezik. Azt vizsgáljuk, hogy az egyetemisták első munkatapasztalatai miként hatnak az általuk (el)várt keresetek mértékére. Kutatási kérdésünk azt volt, hogy vajon az első néhány hónapos, féléves vagy akár egyéves szakmai gyakorlat kimutathatóan megnöveli-e a bérvárakozásokat (azaz rövid távon is érvényesül-e ez a jelenség), vagy nincs szignifikáns hatással, esetleg fordított hatással lehet a várakozásokra. Az elemzéshez a Pécsi Tudományegyetemen 2022-ben lefolytatott kérdőíves kutatás (296 fős minta) eredményeit használtuk fel.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: J24, J31, E24.
