A gazdaságtudományi doktori iskolák helyzete Magyarországon
[The situation of doctoral schools operating in the field of economics and business and management in Hungary]

Abstract

Cikkünk a közgazdaság-tudományok, illetve a gazdálkodás- és szervezéstudományok területén működő magyarországi doktori iskolák helyzetét, teljesítményét vizsgálja. A közelmúltban két jelentős változás is történt, amelyek nagymértékben érintették ezeknek az intézményeknek a működését: a doktori képzések 2016-os reformja, illetve az ESG 2015 elnevezésű akkreditációs eljárás bevezetése. Arra keressük a választ, hogy milyen volt e reformok fogadtatása a doktori iskolák részéről, valamint hogy az új jogi környezet megteremtése után mit mutatnak a működésre és a képzési előmenetelekre vonatkozó első tapasztalatok. Ehhez a nyilvánosan elérhető adatok áttekintésén túl két kérdőíves felmérés válaszait használjuk. Az eredmények alapvetően pozitív előjeleket mutatnak, de a reformok megítélése közel sem egyöntetű, s az idő előrehaladtával további tapasztalatok gyűjtése is szükséges a változtatások sikerességének megítéléséhez.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: A23, I21, I23.
