A gyógyszeripari értéklánc sajátosságai Magyarországon
[The characteristics of the pharmaceutical value chain in Hungary]

Abstract

Az értékláncok hossza, összetétele, jellemzői és minősége alapvetően határozzák meg az egyes iparágak vállalati és makrogazdasági teljesítményét. Magyarországon a gyógyszeriparnak nagy hagyományai vannak, de az ágazat gazdaságot dinamizáló hatása korlátozottnak tűnik. Cikkünk célja a magyar gyógyszeripar sajátosságainak feltárása értékláncelemzés segítségével. Módszerünk részben input-output elemzésre építve kvantitatív, részben vállalati szakemberekkel folytatott interjúk alapján kvalitatív. Kutatásunk eredményeként megállapítottuk, hogy a gyógyszeripari értéklánc speciális, más ágazatokkal összehasonlítva viszonylag rövid, előremutató és hátramutató kapcsolatokkal rendelkezik; hozzáadottérték-hozzájárulása jórészt közvetett, és exportjának magas az importtartalma. Vállalati interjúinkból kiderült, hogy a statisztikai elemzés eredményei jelentős vállalati különbségek eredőjeként alakulnak ki: alapvetően különbözik az originális és a generikus értéklánc - rámutatva a gyógyszeripar másik fontos sajátosságára: az, hogy Magyarországon főképp generikus gyógyszerek gyártása folyik, s az originális szegmens nagyon kicsi, megmagyarázza a hazai értéklánc sajátosságait és korlátozott hatását a nemzetgazdaságra.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: D22, F23.
