[The relations between fresh graduate competencies and salaries - opportunities for competence development in higher education]

Abstract

A tanulmány a frissdiplomások kompetenciái és a munkahelyi sikeresség, ezen belül a bérek közötti összefüggésekkel foglalkozik a Diplomás Pályakövető Rendszer adatai alapján. A szerzők kísérletet tesznek a felsőoktatási kompetenciafejlesztés lehetőségeinek a bemutatására is. A 2014 és 2017 között a Pécsi Tudományegyetem végzettjei körében zajlott 6190 fős mintán OLS-regresszióval kimutatták, hogy a részvételi és a módszertani kompetenciák hosszú távon pozitívan hatnak a fizetésekre. Az eredmények alapján két fő irányban indultak el kezdeményezések. Az egyik az oktatási módszerek bővítése és módosítása, részben a hallgatók kompetenciáinak fejlesztése érdekében, a másik irány a hallgatói szolgáltatások keretében elindított kompetenciafejlesztési projektek, mint például mentoring, fejlesztő műhelyek, tréningek.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: I21, J24, J31.
