A magyarországi fizikai inaktivitási terhek alakulásának összehasonlító elemzése, 2009-2017
[A comparative analysis of economic burdens of physical inactivity in Hungary in 2009-2017, focusing mainly on ones caused to the budget]

Abstract

A nemzetgazdaságokat egyre nagyobb kihívás elé állítja a népbetegségek megelőzésének, kezelésének finanszírozása, valamint az ezekből adódó gazdasági, termelésbeli kiesések kompenzálása. A fizikai inaktivitás igazolhatóan szoros összefüggést mutat bizonyos betegségcsoportok kialakulási kockázatával, ennek megfelelően a fizikai inaktivitás közvetett és közvetlen terhekkel jár, ezeknek számszerűsítésére vállalkozik jelen tanulmány. A magyar államháztartás adatai alapján meghatároztuk az országot sújtó, betegségekből adódó közvetlen és közvetett költségeket, majd a kimondottan az államkasszát terhelő, fizikai inaktivitásból eredő terheket. A teljes betegségteher 2005-től 2017-ig csökkent. 2017-ben 2014-hez képest reálértéken növekedés tapasztalható, azonban GDP-arányosan szigorúan monoton csökkenő a tendencia. Ezen belül a fizikai inaktivitással és egyéb életmódbeli, genetikai, környezeti tényezőkkel kapcsolatba hozható betegségek összes állami kiadásai 2009 és 2017 között nőttek, viszont a szigorúan a fizikai inaktivitásnak tulajdonítható területen kétmilliárd forint körüli összeggel csökkentek a kiadások.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: H51, I18, I31
