Our results revealed that countries which were leading in the number of certifications throughout the continents. Our study also found that the motivation and commitment of the managers, the cultural values, time, experience, and education were the main influencers of the effective ISO 9000 QMS implementation, hence, its benefits. Based on our findings, we developed a conceptual model which can be used by future research looking at the same area. The findings are elaborated in the discussion and conclusion parts of the paper.
