Abstract

This study selected 600 high tech industrial firms in Taiwan for our sample. Through a series of questionnaire surveys, the empirical results concluded that (1) the implementation of strategic alliance should follow the hybrid governance model, which suggested that both contractual governance and procedural governance are influencing the effectiveness of learning between alliance partners, and (2) both governance mechanisms and learning effectiveness are significant factors influencing relationship performance of the firm's strategic alliance.
