Abstract

Stemming from the growing interest in the learning process in the organisational context, the present article is aimed primarily at investigating the relationship between organisational learning and innovation. A theoretical model describing the hypothetical relationships between organisational learning and innovation was developed and tested using the structural equation modelling technique. Data was collected from a sample of 420 firms listed in the national directory of ICT organisations. From these, 250 usable questionnaires were completed and returned. Results of the study indicate a positive influence of organisational learning on product innovation. From the findings, the study also discusses several practical implications for practitioners.
