Fernsicht : Anmerkungen zum Thema Zukunft

Abstract

"Da Zukunft nicht aufhört, darf auch Zukunftsvision und Zukunftsdiskussion nicht aussetzen. Deshalb wird an die Blütezeit der Futurologie in den 60er und früheren Jahren errinnert und mit diesem Schwerpunktheft versucht, gegen den Trend einer nur noch restriktiven, kurzbefristeten, statistischen Prognostik einerseits und der reinen Horrorvision andererseits wieder etwas mehr Perspektiven im Sinne der 60er Jahre (also mit Fantasie) zu setzen. Selbstverständlich entsteht dabei kein konsistentes Gesamtbild, sondern eine Sammlung voller Widersprüche und Optionen (möglichweise auch Parallelitäten), wie es die folgende intuitive, Alternativprojektion skizziert. Diese wird vom Autor dem scheidenden Präsidenten der Bundesanstalt für Arbeit, Herrn Professor Dr. h.c. Josef Stingl, zugeeignet, dem auch das ganze Heft gewidmet ist." (Autorenreferat)
