Abstract

"Außer an anderen Mängeln, die hier nicht erwähnt werden, leiden die Manpower-Modelle zur Vorausschätzung des Bedarfs an hochqualifizierten Arbeitskräften daran, dass die amtliche Berufsklassifikation keine brauchbaren Kenntnisse über die Leistungsforderungen, die der Beruf an den Arbeitenden stellt, vermitteln kann. Die Forschungsstelle fuer empirische Sozialoekonomik (Prof.Dr.G.Schmoelders) in Köln hat eine Methode der Selbstbeobachtung entwickelt, welche diese Informationen liefern kann. Der Artikel bringt einige Ergebnisse der Selbstbeobachtung von 1252 kaufmaennischen Führungskräften westdeutscher Großunternehmen und diskutiert, wie diese Beobachtungsresultate bei der Planung des Inhalts einer berufsvorbereitenden Ausbildung benutzt werden könnten."
