Abstract

Выпуск электромобилей и развитие электрозаправочной инфраструктуры относится к прорывным направлениям, формирующим новые рынки на основе современных технологий. Развитие данной сферы, организация отечественного производства создают «вытягивающий эффект» для технологий, помогают совершенствовать смежные отрасли, формируют условия для дальнейшего технологического развития России. В статье рассмотрены подходы к планированию электрозаправочной инфраструктуры на региональном уровне, на основе которых проведен количественный сценарный анализ возможной перспективной динамики числа электромобилей и необходимой для них электрозаправочной инфраструктуры в разрезе регионов России до 2030 г. Статья подготовлена в рамках выполнения научно-исследовательской работы государственного задания РАНХиГС при Президенте Российской Федерации.
