Платежный Баланс Во Втором Квартале 2022 Г

Abstract

По итогам второго квартала 2022 г. положительное сальдо счета текущих операций выросло по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года в 4,1 раза в результате увеличения стоимостных объемов экспорта российской продукции в условиях высоких цен на сырьевые товары и снижения импорта под действием санкций. Дефицит финансового счета платежного баланса, включая резервные активы, сформировался под воздействием роста иностранных финансовых активов при сокращении иностранных обязательств. Существенную роль в стабилизации платежного баланса и валютного рынка сыграли введенные в первом квартале 2022 г. жесткие ограничения на движение капитала, которые были ослаблены во втором квартале из-за стремительного укрепления рубля до уровня первой половины 2015 г.
