Abstract

Questo lavoro analizza l?entrata in vigore della L.R. 23/2015 della Lombardia secondo una prospettiva "interna", concentrandosi, tra i molteplici aspetti organizzativi interessati, sulle risorse umane ed in particolare su una tematica molto complessa e affascinante, ma anche delicata, quale la valutazione del personale. In particolare questo project work, dopo aver fatto un breve inquadramento sulla legge regionale n. 23/2015 per gli ambiti amministrativi che qui ci interessano - e sulla tematica della valutazione del personale, analizza il nuovo sistema di valutazione del personale che L?Agenzia di Tutela della Salute (ATS) dell?Insubria ha introdotto a partire dal 2017, cercando di evidenziarne la portata innovativa dello stesso, nel tentativo di coniugare un sistema moderno, agile, semplice e condiviso, con il rigore del costrutto teorico che lo sostiene, in una logica di riuso di programmi informatici e di sinergie con altre ATS.
