L?applicazione di un dizionario delle competenze al management gestionale di un?azienda socio-sanitaria

Abstract

Le pratiche di gestione delle risorse umane sono sovente alla base del vantaggio competitivo e del successo aziendale in sanit?, soprattutto se legate a logiche di supporto alla strategia aziendale. Il dizionario delle competenze pu?, in tal senso, essere di grande supporto, influenzando tutte le fasi di GRU. Pur presente in alcuni setting assistenziali per acuti, lo strumento non ? comunemente adottato nel sistema socio-sanitario. Questo case-study vuole produrre evidenza sulle caratteristiche da ricercare in una figura chiave di tale scenario, oltre che generare riflessioni pi? ampie sull?applicabilit? del dizionario in questo tipo di contesto e sul grado di dettaglio/generalizzabilit? da privilegiare nel suo utilizzo.
