Abstract

Introdotto dalla l. n. 81/2017 con un impianto regolativo scarno e rimesso in gran parte all?accordo individuale tra datore e dipendente, il lavoro agile ? rimasto, almeno inizialmente, strumento di flessibilit? ad appannaggio di poche, e pi? grandi, realt?. ? stata l?emergenza sa-nitaria a garantirne una massiccia diffusione, favorita da un accesso semplificato dalla finalit? di contenimento del contagio, ma anche a rivelarne le significative convenienze per l?organizzazione di impresa. La crescente sottoscrizione di accordi collettivi sul tema dimostra la consapevolezza delle parti sociali non solo delle opportunit? del lavoro agile ma anche della necessit? di intervenire sugli aspetti pi? controversi e, pi? ancora, di ritrovare un ruolo da pro-tagonisti nel cambiamento organizzativo.
