Il lavoro di qualit? nella prospettiva di Bruno Trentin

Abstract

La riflessione di Bruno Trentin costituisce un terreno di discussione importante, per il contributo che ha lasciato, costituito da materiali piuttosto eterogeni, e in quanto territorio sul quale ? possibile far convergere il confronto fra diverse discipline. Il saggio, partendo da alcuni suoi scritti e da argomentazioni sviluppate recentemente da autori che ne hanno riattraversato il percorso intellettuale e politico, si ? posto l?obiettivo di tracciare una possibile sintesi delle connotazioni qualitative che dovrebbe assumere il lavoro, seguendo appunto la "prospettiva di Bruno Trentin". Un?operazione che si ? voluto fare partendo da quattro elementi che ci hanno guidato nella rilettura dei materiali: la cultura del lavoro, la qualit? del lavoro, il progetto e il processo. La parte finale del saggio ? dedicata all?individuazione di alcuni possibili percorsi di ricerca che ci potrebbero aiutare a ripercorrere la riflessione di Trentin, riposizionandola nelle recenti trasformazioni del lavoro
