Capacit? locali . Per una nuova economia dei territori produttivi

Abstract

Le Citt? metropolitane costituiscono il motore per lo sviluppo. L?Unione Europea nella programmazione 2014-2020 punter? molto sulle citt? per rilanciare lo sviluppo dell?Unione in un?ottica di sostenibilit?, destinando il 5% del Fesr a questo obiettivo. Tuttavia, le aree metropolitane in senso funzionale spesso non coincidono con le Citt? metropolitane di diritto. In questa prospettiva, il saggio discute della "questione metropolitana" nel contesto della riforma di riordino territoriale italiano (l.135/2012), con particolare riferimento al caso della Citt? metropolitana di Venezia. Questo costituisce un caso esemplare di non coincidenza della Citt? metropolitana, definita a partire dalla provincia di Venezia, con l?area metropolitana policentrica (City Region), che riguarda invece la regione del Veneto centrale, a partire dalle citt? di Padova, Treviso e Venezia (PaTreVe).
