L'apprendimento organizzativo: un'analisi dello sviluppo paradigmatico

Abstract

Sul tema dell?apprendimento organizzativo si sta concentrando l?attenzione di un nuovo genere di studiosi, in parte gli stessi che gi? hanno affrontato con successi, imprevedibili negli anni passati, il problema dell?apprendimento degli organismi viventi. Il fatto che molti scienziati provengono da diversi settori, in cui ? diviso lo scibile umano, agevola l?identificazione del fine delle loro ricerche sull?apprendimento nella progressiva, ma metodica, costruzione di una vera e propria "gestione della conoscenza". Lo studio, attraverso una metodologia di ricerca di tipo descrittivo, si propone di analizzare la letteratura esistente e di accertare gli effettivi risultati delle ricerche in itinere al fine di poter aprire nuove prospettive sulle nostre attivit? mentali, sulla nostra intelligenza, il nostro pensiero e l?apprendimento. Se si vogliono dare delle risposte sul perch? gli individui, con il loro patrimonio informativo, rappresentano l?asset strategico del successo delle organizzazioni, bisogna guardare a fondo dietro le quinte delle imprese, conoscerne fino in fondo la struttura e le funzioni, fin nei minimi particolari. Sono proprio queste cognizioni sulla variet? informativa ad essersi formate, negli ultimi anni, sulla base dei vari output della ricerca scientifica. Molto rimane allo stato di ipotesi e poche sono le cose accertate. Da questo poco, per?, ? gi? possibile trarre delle conseguenze che permettono di confutare o almeno porre in una nuova luce alcune delle idee correnti sui processi dell?apprendimento organizzativo.
