Abstract

Quale ruolo gioca il diritto a fronte dell?escalation di emergenze ambientali del-le quali l?enciclica Laudato si? evidenzia dimensioni e implicazioni sempre pi? esasperate e tangibili? La giurista riflette sul composito e contraddittorio scenario legislativo sul quale si disegnano le misure ambientali di matrice internazionale, nazionale e dell?Unione Europea sondando le relative linee di tendenza e i profili di criticit?, polarizzando l?attenzione su alcuni settori - lotta ai cambiamenti clima-tici, protezione della biodiversit?, tutela delle acque - ai quali l?enciclica ha riservato ampio spazio di riflessione.
