Modelo De Medición Del Poder En Las Legislaturas Estatales

Abstract

Si bien, la teoría y la historia social proveen de buenos instrumentos para las explicar relaciones de interacción entre individuos, grupos e instituciones en general, no ocurre lo mismo en el caso de las relaciones de poder, donde se ponen de manifiesto las relaciones existentes entre la racionalidad y el ejercicio del poder político. Sin embargo no basta con remitirse a las estadísticas de la burocracia o a las políticas públicas para reconocer tales relaciones; el problema entonces es: ¿Cómo evaluar un fenómeno tan abstracto? Una posible respuesta es dirigir la mirada a la conformación de los grupos de poder político y las relaciones que se establecen entre ellos. Es así, que en esta investigación, se plantea una propuesta de medición del poder legislativo en el estado de Colima.
