Liderazgo transformacional ecológico: Una revisión de modelos SEM

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación es realizar un estudio bibliométrico de liderazgo transformacional ecológico mediante la técnica de Modelación de Ecuaciones Estructurales (PLS-SEM) y CB-SEM). La metodología utilizada será de tipo revisión de literatura en los últimos años. Con estos estudios se analizará la medición de los constructos, países de aplicación, y los resultados obtenidos, con la finalidad de impulsar este tipo de liderazgo en la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México.
