Responsabilidad Social Empresarial en las MIPYMES Turísticas

Abstract

Estudios han señalado la importancia que tiene el implementar la responsabilidad social empresarial dentro de la gestión de las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas, en algunos sectores de la economía. Se planteó como objetivo, conocer el estado de la producción científica actualmente, sobre la RSE, en el entorno de las MIPYMES turísticas. Para esto, se hizo uso de bases de datos Dimensions y Science Direct, además de herramientas como Endnote X20, Microsoft Office Excel 2019, BibExcel y VOSViewer, para el procesamiento y visualización de los datos. Los resultados muestran que la producción científica sobre el tema es baja, así como la productividad por autor. Además, se realizó un análisis de coocurrencia y una revisión bibliográfica que permitió identificar brechas para futuras investigaciones.
