Abstract

El profesor Francis Fukuyama, brillante pensador neoliberal y asesor de la Casa Blanca, cobró gran popularidad a comienzos de los años 90 al proclamar que la caída del Muro de Berlín era el aldabonazo del Fin de la Historia : en lo venidero los países se organizarían en democracias parlamentarias y con economías de tipo capitalista más o menos similares a Estados Unidos.
