Abstract

La educación en valores constituye un aspecto esencial a desarrollar en las más jóvenes generaciones desde las instituciones escolares con la figura del docente al frente del proceso pedagógico. Este constituye un tema de gran interés en el ámbito educacional formando parte de los currículos escolares de cada nivel educativo. El presente artículo aborda diversas concepciones sobre el término valor, sus clasificaciones, la preparación docente en ese sentido y peculiaridades de la educación en valores en las nuevas generaciones.
