Abstract

Purpose: The article focuses on evaluating the impact of artificial intelligence on the job market, with a specific emphasis on the role of the Chat GPT tool. This virtual assistant has the ability to generate real-time responses to a wide range of questions, making it highly versatile in many aspects of daily life. The skills possessed by this bot open doors to solving various problems and automating repetitive processes. However, there are limitations and inconveniences associated with using Chat GPT, such as the limited database currency of the GPT-3.5 model and the potential for generating incorrect answers. Additionally, the article highlights the importance of privacy concerns when using Chat GPT. Ultimately, the analysis of the article focuses on examining both the benefits and potential challenges associated with integrating Chat GPT into people's professional endeavors. The aim of this paper is to present the concept of Chat GPT and its impact on various professions. Design/Methodology/Approach: The article employed the following methods: literature review and analysis of the impact of the Chat GPT tool on the job market. The focus was on examining various perspectives and considering the main concepts related to Chat GPT. Findings: Based on the conducted analyses, it was determined that Chat GPT has assisted professionals in their work, but at this moment, it is not capable of replacing humans in their respective occupations. Practical implications: The results presented in the article hold significant practical implications for the readers. Furthermore, the outlined benefits and inconveniences of using Chat GPT may contribute to raising the awareness of recipients in the context of Artificial Intelligence. Emphasizing the conclusions can be valuable for recipients in the context of their respective professions, aiding them in enhancing the efficiency of their work. Originality/value: This article stands out by offering a fresh perspective on the presented issue. The uniqueness of this study lies in its innovative approach, enabling substantive conclusions regarding professional work in the era of Chat GPT. Furthermore, its value is particularly significant for the academic community, offering new insights that can inspire further research in this field.
