The Board’s Attributes and Their Influence in Company’s Performance. A Review over the Recent Literature

Abstract

This article provides a discussion supported on the review of the recent literature that analyses the relationship between board’s attributes and the company performance. Furthermore, we discuss the methodology used and identify its limitations. Finally, we present some problems to solve these limitations and show other interesting topics for future research.
