Capacidades tecnológicas y certificaciones de calidad: Aplicación empírica a las pymes familiares de La Rioja

Abstract

[ES] El concepto de calidad ha surgido con mucha fuerza en los últimos años. Las pymes familiares riojanas, al igual que el resto de empresas, se han visto obligadas a implicarse en esta cultura de excelencia empresarial, a menudo asociadas a las normas de aseguramiento. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo presentar los principales resultados de un estudio empírico realizado entre las pymes riojanas, comparando las políticas seguidas por las empresas familiares frente a las no familiares. Hemos realizado un análisis descriptivo de algunas de las políticas seguidas en materia de calidad, realizando posteriormente análisis comparativos en función de otra serie de variables como puede ser la inversión e tecnología o en gastos de I+D+i.
