Oz Yeterlilik ve Tukenmislik Iliskisi: Lider-Uye Etkilesiminin Aracilik Etkisi

Abstract

Bu calismanin temel amaci, oz yeterlilik ve lider-uye etkilesiminin tukenmislik uzerinde anlamli bir etkisinin olup olmadigini belirlemektir. Calismanin orneklemi Antalya Side’de faaliyet gosteren bes yildizli bir otel isletmesidir. Veriler anketler araciligiyla toplanmistir. Bu kapsamda yuz otuz dokuz anket analizlerde kullanilmistir. Arastirma sonuclari, oz yeterlilik ve lider-uye etkilesiminin tukenmislik uzerinde etkili oldugunu gostermektedir. Arastirma sonuclarina gore oz yeterlilik algisi ve lider-uye etkilesimi yuksek olan isgorenlerin tukenmislik duzeyleri dusuk olmaktadir. Ayrica lider-uye etkilesiminin oz yeterlilik ile tukenmislik arasindaki iliski uzerinde aracilik etkisinin oldugu saptanmistir. Bu noktada, isgorenlerin oz yeterlilik algisinin ve lider-uye etkilesimi kalitesinin gelistirilmesi hem orgutler hem de isgorenler icin yararli olacaktir. Bu calismanin en onemli kisiti, calismanin sonuclarinin, arastirmanin sadece tek otelde yapilmasi nedeniyle genellenememesidir.
