Lisans Düzeyinde Turizm Egitimi Alan Ögrencilerin Otel Isletmelerinin Animasyon Bölümüne Yönelik Tutumlari: Ampirik Bir Arastirma

Abstract

Bu arastirmada, Kirgizistan-Türkiye Manas Üniversitesi Turizm ve Otelcilik Yüksekokulu ögrencilerinin otel isletmelerinin animasyon bölümüne yönelik tutumlarinin belirlenmesi amaclanmistir. Calismada öncelikle, ögrencilerin turizm sektöründe calismaya yönelik tutumlari ve sektörün calisma kosullari üzerine genis bir yazin taramasi yapilmistir. Arastirma kisminda ise toplam 94 ögrenci üzerinde bir anket uygulanmistir. Arastirma sonucunda, ögrencilerinin animasyon bölümüne yönelik tutumlarinin dokuz boyuttan olustugu belirlenmistir. Ögrencilerin animasyon bölümüne yönelik tutumlarini etkileyen en önemli unsurun isin dogasi ve calisma kosullari oldugu saptanmistir. Bununla birlikte, ögrencilerin su anda bulunduklari sinif, milliyet ve cinsiyetleri ile animasyon bölümüne yönelik tutumlari olusturan bazi boyutlar arasinda anlamli farkliliklar tespit edilmistir.
