Abstract

An Ising model with two-spin interactions and three-spin interactions on the diced lattice is investigated. The investigation is extended to a mixed spin model consisting of Ising spins of ±1 and those of magnitude s, and one consisting of Ising spins of ±1 and classical n-vector spins. It turns out that these systems belong to the same universality class as the Baxter-Wu model. The other related models on the diced lattice are also discussed.
