Ekonomik Krizlerin Türkiye'nin Dýþ Ticareti ve Rekabet Gücü Üzerine Etkisinin Ekonometrik Analizi

Abstract

Bu çalýþmada Türkiye’de ekonomik krizlerin, dýþ ticaret ve rekabet gücü üzerindeki etkileri, 1990:M01-2018:M06 dönemi için araþtýrýlmýþtýr. Serilerin duraðanlýðý; ADF ve PP birim kök testleriyle incelenmiþ ve serilerin I(1) olduklarý görülmüþtür. Eþbütünleþme iliþkileri; Johansen testiyle sýnanmýþ ve serilerin eþbütünleþik olduklarý görülmüþtür. Uzun ve kýsa dönem analizleri VECM yöntemiyle gerçekleþtirilmiþ ve dünyadaki kiþi baþýna düþen milli gelir artýþlarýnýn, Türkiye’nin ihracatýný kýsa dönemde etkilemediði, uzun dönemde arttýrdýðý, reel efektif döviz kurundaki artýþlarýn Türkiye’nin ihracatýný kýsa dönemde etkilemediði, uzun dönemde azalttýðý, Türkiye’deki kiþi baþýna düþen milli gelir ve reel efektif döviz kuru artýþlarýnýn ithalatý kýsa dönemde de uzun dönemde de arttýrdýðý, uzun dönemdeki etkilerin daha büyük olduðu görülmüþtür. 1994 krizinde Türkiye’nin ihracatýnýn ve ithalatýnýn kýsa dönemde azaldýðý, uzun dönemde etkilenmediði, 2001 krizinde dýþ ticaretin kýsa dönemde etkilenmediði, uzun dönemde arttýðý, 2008 krizinde ise ithalatýn kýsa dönemde azaldýðý, ihracatýn ise uzun dönemde arttýðý belirlenmiþtir. Modellerin hata düzletme mekanizmalarý çalýþmaktadýr. Nedensellik iliþkileri Granger testiyle incelenmiþ ve dünyadaki kiþi baþýna düþen milli gelir ile Türkiye’nin ihracatý, Türkiye’deki kiþi baþýna düþen milli gelir ile Türkiye’nin ithalatý ve Türkiye’nin ihracatý ile ithalatý arasýnda iki yönlü, reel efektif döviz kurundan ithalata ve Türkiye’deki kiþi baþýna düþen milli gelirden reel efektif döviz kuruna doðru tek yönlü nedensellik iliþkileri tespit edilmiþtir. Reel efektif döviz kuru ile ihracat arasýnda ise herhangi bir nedensellik iliþkisine ulaþýlamamýþtýr.
