Aportación Del Afm Al Análisis De Las Políticas Públicas. Una Visión De América Latina Y El Caribe, 1990-2002

Abstract

No cabe duda en que el marco político-económico-social en que se desenvuelven la mayoría de los países Latinoamericanos es el de la desigualdad, la pobreza y la falta de garantías democráticas. Sin embargo, también cuentan con una gran potencial humano y económico. Este trabajo pretende exponer a partir de una reflexión sobre las políticas públicas, la situación de América Latina y Caribe Hispano en el año 1990 y 2002. Para ello, utiliza el análisis de variables cuantitativas recogidas del IDH del PNUD, a través del Análisis Factorial Múltiple como técnica que aportan a los actores públicos una metodología de análisis capaz de visualizar las implicaciones de determinadas actuaciones en los diferentes campos como: la salud, la educación o el desarrollo.
