Abstract

(VF)Ce travail exploratoire se centre sur l’analyse des dimensions cognitives de la prospective stratégi-que à travers la construction d’une typologie. Cet exercice de réinterprétation des pratiques de prospective à la lumière des théories de l’apprentissage constitue, d’une part, une grille de lecture permettant aux praticiens de concevoir et de conduire des démarches adaptées aux différents besoins des organisations en prenant en compte leurs dimensions cognitives implicites. Il permet, d’autre part, de considérer qu’au-delà de son rôle traditionnel d’outil d’aide à la décision, la prospective peut être appréhendée comme un outil de management des connaissances et de conduite du changement.(VA)This exploratory work focuses on the analysis of the cognitive dimensions of strategic prospecting through the construction of a typology. This reinterpretation of forecasting practices in the light of organizational learning theories constitutes, on the one hand, a conceptual framework enabling managers to conceive and implement processes adapted to various organizations’ needs by taking into account their implicit cognitive dimensions. It allows, on the other hand, to stress that beyond its traditional role of assistance in decision making, prospecting may also be regarded as a knowledge manage-ment tool and driver of organizational change.
