Analysis of the Issuers’ Main Risks during the IPO

Abstract

The paper analyzes the key risks that accompany the company during the preparation and direct placement of its shares on the exchange through IPO, are offered the most effective methods of influence\effects on various risk groups and examples of evaluating the economic efficiency of measures designed to manage risk.
