Abstract

Communication plays an essential role in organizational success, being a key element that influences internal and external relationships, decision-making and adaptation to change. Organizational performance largely depends on how information is transmitted, understood and applied within the organization. Modern technologies have transformed the way organizations communicate and their appropriate implementation increases efficiency and allows for quick and informed decision-making. Communication is an essential pillar of organizational performance, having a significant impact on employee engagement, productivity, internal relations, innovation and customer satisfaction. This quantitative study captures multiple facets through which communication can improve the competitiveness of organizations. In the digital age, the use of modern technologies amplifies the positive effects of communication, contributing to the long-term success of organizations. A well-defined and implemented communication strategy can transform communication from a support activity into a strategic competitive advantage.
